3) Services; Free vs. Paid Content

Recipe AI provides access to a premium database of over 65,000 recipes with detailed ingredients, cooking directions, and nutritional information through various subscription plans.

Available Plans:

• 1-Day Access: $1.95 one-time payment
• 7-Day Access: $9.95 one-time payment
• Single Plan: $19.95 /month (30 days)
• Couple Plan: $29.95 /month (30 days)
• Family Plan: $39.95 /month (30 days)
• Ultra Plan: $49.95 /month (30 days)

Billing Descriptor: Charges will appear on your statement as RECIPEAI*CLUB

4) Payment & Billing

Subscription fees are charged in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees. All sales are final unless required by law.

Cancellation Policy:

• You may cancel anytime through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial periods unless required by law
• Access continues until the end of your paid period

5) User Accounts & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and maintain account security. You're responsible for all activities under your account.

Account Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years old
• Provide valid email address
• Create secure password (minimum 8 characters)
• Keep login credentials confidential

6) Content Usage & Restrictions

7) Limitation of Liability

Recipe AI provides recipes "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our service, including but not limited to cooking accidents or dietary issues.

8) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration.
